A student who is identified as Gifted and Talented will be be placed on the gifted and talented register. - provided with in-class extension and enrichment - accelerated to next age level for specific learning areas - selected to participate in a REAP (Rural Education Activities Programme) Gifted and Talented programme - given the opportunity to enter competitions - given the opportunity to attend workshops in areas of strength.
